Estaminé

The new and ecological restaurant Estaminé, totally made of wood, is the only building existing on the Ilha Deserta (Desert Island).

With ecological concerns, it has solar panels installed that produce 90% of the energy it needs, it reuses the frying oil as fuel, it makes potable water, and it has its own wastewater sewer treatment.

The restaurant serves, apart from Gilt-headed Sea breams, Breams, Groupers and a variety of seafood.

There is a snack-bar at the Estaminé where they serve sandwiches, ice-creams, jars with sangria and other cool drinks that may be taken along to the beach.
