Description
Restaurant located in Soria city center with one Michelin Star and 2 Repsol suns.
Oscar García proposal focuses on two tasting menus (Traditional and De Altura) that allow us to appreciate the magic of local seasonal products, always with mushrooms (nansarones, negrillas, boletus...) and black truffles playing a starring role. A recommendation? We loved their Iberian ham broth, organic pig's trotters and leek stew, as well as the delicious cod tripe with mushrooms (its texture will make you rethink whether you prefer these or the traditional ones).
Tip of My Colleague
After an 18-year career and earning a Michelin star and two Repsol suns, Oscar García is closing his restaurant Baluarte in Soria to return to his roots. The chef is leaving haute cuisine behind to open a mountain restaurant in the small village of Vinuesa where he was born.
Restaurant will close on November 22nd.
