Through them we enjoy the immensity of water and the power of the light that pours from every pore. The ‘maat kitchen’ is the answer that was missing to satiate all the senses – a restaurant that is, in fact, much more than a restaurant.
When you enter the maat Kitchen, you can see the green velvet sofas, almost hidden in small rooms that maintain the privacy of each table.
The atmosphere is sophisticated without being too formal. The view over the Tagus and the 25 de Abril Bridge, this one, never disappears – and it is desirable even on foggy days.
